"Nobody come to pick up passenger when they arrival in Skopje and on return we call two time your call center that inform you that transfer must be on time in hotel. Pick up time was 12.25h at 12.30 nobody came to pick up them and again we call your call center and you give me information that driver delay and that he can be in hotel approximately 15-20min. Passenger don't like to wait him and use taxi.
Please refund boat transfer that's not first time that we have problem with your provider."
