- We were been waiting for Driver in Amsterdam Airport (Schipol), the driver was missing, no one contacted us! when I saw there is no Driver I called the office in Netherlands who said he will check, I have contacted office again then he said the Driver was but left after 15 minutes! why no one contacted me? this was a very poor experience to me and my family, I will consider if ever to use Fax Transfer again!

+ Contraté un servicio de ida y vuelta. Excelente la ida y penosa la vuelta. Vehículo de primera categoría la ida, cómodo y nuevo. Lo contrario de la vuelta, vehículo viejo, incluso el portón del equipaje no cerraba bien y una de nuestras maletas se cayó a la calzada en el centro de Amsterdam. Chófer uniformado y educado a la ida.... todo lo contrario del que nos trasladó de vuelta al aeropuerto...

+ Másodszor vettük igénybe a FoxTransfer szolgáltatását, tavaly Bulgáriában, idén Hollandiában. Némi probléma Bulgáriában és a hollandiai érkezéskor adódott. Mindkettőben közös probléma volt, hogy helyben, papírlapra golyóstollall keresztnevet tartalmazó felirattal kerestek minket! Amsterdamban már jó ideje egymás közelében tartózkodtunk, amikor megláttuk a feliratot. A sofőrt hosszasan követni kellett a parkolóba, csomagjainkat húzva (közbe esett az eső), miután elnézésünket kérte, hogy minket most nem közvetlenül a szállodába fog elvinni, mert fel kell vennünk valakit. Az új utas egész úton a szállodánkig bűzlött a szivartól! A reptérre visszavivivő foxtranszferes sofőr időben érkezett a szállodába, bőröndjeinket átvette tőlünk, nagyon udvarias és előzékeny volt. Gyorsan és kényelmesen megérkeztünk a reptérre, a legközelebbi terminálig fuvarozott minket. A mostani holland út során meglepett minket, hogy megrendeléskor szándékosan az érkező táblás fogadtatást jelöltük be és a személyautós fuvarozást, de minden alkalommal kisusszal vittek minket tovább. Tábla nem volt sem Bulgáriában, sem Hollandiában, korábbi bulgári számlaadási problémákból tanulva ezt most előzetesen elintéztük Önöknél.

- Für den 20.05.2017 habe ich einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hoel gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Als wir nach der Gepäckausgabe zum Ausgang kamen erwartete uns niemand. Beim ersten Anruf in Ihre Zentrale bekamen wir die Auskunft, dass wir zum Treffpunkt gehen sollten (diese Info hatten wir nicht). Also gingen wir und warteten wieder. Beim zweiten Anruf bekamen wir von Ihrer "freundlichen" Auskunftsperson die Mitteilung, dass unser Wagen bereits weg war und dass wir uns ein Taxi nehmen sollen. 2 Stunden am Flughafen vergeudet. Wenigstens hat der Rücktransport zum Flughafen geklappt.
