- The driver's behavior is outrageous! he forbade us to speak in the car, arrogantly gestured and said we were at the airport in 20 minutes and shut our mouths. At half-way, the 8-year-old spoke to his mother, stepped aside in the car, and turned back and started shouting to shut our mouths. The suitcases were not helped in the car, the clothes were not there, they used to carry uninitiated passengers on the beach. I never want to see this driver again. A sofőr magatartása felháborító! megtiltotta hogy az autóban megszólaljunk, arrogánsan mutogatta és mondta hogy 20 perc alatt a reptéren vagyunk és fogjuk be a szánkat. Fél útnál a 8 éves gyerek szólt az anyjához ,erre félre állt az autóval és újra hátra fordulva elkezdett kiabálni ,hogy fogjuk be a szánkat. A böröndöket nem segítette bepakolni a kocsiba , a ruháza nem oda való , abban strandra szoktak járni nem utast szállítani. Ezt a sofőrt soha többet nem akarom látni.

+ I have used Fox transfer first time. I ma a single traveler thus the price and security was important for me. I have selected Fox transfer by price and the types of the transfer proposed. I liked the 24 hours online support. I was asked my questions sent by email quickly. The drivers were punctual. The cars condition was good. The driving was quite safety as well.
- I asked the assistant weather I could pay in lev. The answer was that I could pay only EUR. In reality I was able to pay in lev. But the requirement to pay only EUR in the country, where the currency of payment is lev, creates inconvenience. The driver does not provide any document of payment.

+ We were satisfaid but the driver was angry when we paied and we had only coin, ( The hotel gave back our deposit in coin) that is why we could pay with coin 40 euros :( It was not our fault, but the driver still was angry of us :(

- Druver hadpno english language skills. Did not know where he was going. Showed me the price of 29 euro, I handed over 40 euro and gestured 5 to me and 5 for him for tip he did not understand and drove away keeping the whole 40 euro. Not impressed.

- we booked for additional 3 golf bags and 4 persons in the car. The car which arrived can accommodate only 2 golf bags. we had to send one golf bag in another car with our friends. in your website, every passenger is entitled one luggage bag and one backpack. The golf bags are additional. in our case, we only have one luggage and 3 golf bags and yet the car cannot even accommodate all. in addition, 4 adults in the car with the backpacks are not exactly comfortable. By right, it is only appropriate that we are compensated for such inconvenience.
