+ Our polite and friendly driver was waiting for us at Belgrade airport as arranged. He was easy to locate and clearly signed. The vehicle was a modern and clean people mover which was more than adequate for our needs (at no additional cost). We enjoyed the roomy and comfortable ride to the city centre. Our driver made us feel very welcome and pointed out places of interest en route. The cost of our transfer compared favourably with the walk-up rate charged by local taxis. Equally as important, our transfer avoided any problems which can sometimes be caused by unofficial taxis.

+ Pontos volt a sofőr és nagyon tetszik, hogy 24 órás a szolgáltatás, valamint az, hogy már előtte levő nap felvette velünk a kapcsolatot, így negnyugodtam, hogy nem felejtettek el minket. A nagy tömeget elkertük egy násik határátkelőn, amiér nagyon hálás vagyok.

+ היה לנו נהג מקסים בשם סרג'. חברותי, מקצועי, דייקן. ציפה לנו בנמל תעופה כמובטח והקפיץ אותנו לעיר למספר שעות. תוך כדי שעשה לנו סיור קצר עם הרכב כדי להספיק לראות קצת. עקב החושך לא ראינו יותר מדי אבל אהבתי מאד את הטירחה שלו. הוא לקח אותנו בדיוק לאן שביקשנו וגם דאג לצלצל למסעדה שהזמנתי על מנת לבדוק את הכתובת המדוייקת. בחזור צילצלתי אליו כדי להקדים קצת את הנסיעה חזרה לנמל תעופה והוא הגיע כנדרש. הייתה לנו חוויה חיובית מאד עם חברת הנסיעות ואין ספק שאם אצטרך, אבחר בהם שוב.

- Дважды я указывала в заказе, что едет инвалид-колясочник!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Не смотря на это, присылали машину-микроавтобус, куда моя подруга просто физически не могла сесть. Спасибо водителю: поднял на руки и посадил ее в кресло автомобиля. Но могло быть и хуже.

+ Водитель очень приветлив и предупредителен. Возникшую проблему сразу решил собственными силами. Был с нами в отеле, пока мы не заселились (тоже возникли проблемы), говорил с хозяином, нам все объяснял. Спасибо ему!
- С нами ехала женщина инвалид в коляске. А прислали микроавтобус. Ей пришлось карабкаться на коленях, т.к.она не может ходить. Хорошо, что водитель сильный и смог поднять ее на руках на сиденье.
