- We have had a problem for the rdv (crowded traffic in Ghent)

+ Punctual. And we certainly moved at speed on the journey back to Brussels.
- Drivers, on both journeys, unsmiling and brusque. Cars uncomfortable. Gave up trying to fasten seatbelt on the way out and there was some large hard plastic cover of something rattling about under our feet on the way to Brussels. I'll take the train next time.

- Pick-up time at the airport was 11:45, the drivers came 10:45 and could not wait. We reached Our destination an hour earlier than the appointment, and we had to drop Our lunch.
