- A lista bőséges: 1. A lefoglalt és visszaigazolt és kifizetett utat módosították. Ez elfogadhatatlan. 2. Így kényszerhelyzetbe kerülve, 35 Eur pótdíjat fizettetek. Ez a csalás minősített esete. Ezt a pénzt minden körülmények között vissza kell kapnom. 3. A reptéri találkozás nehézkes volt. Tapasztalatlan utazónak sok gondot okozott volna. 4. A visszaútnál fél órás késéssel jelentek meg, így kockáztatták a repülőgép elérését. A sofőr 140 km/h sebességgel vezetett. 5. Miután nem jelentek meg a visszaútnál időben, segítség kérő üzenetet küldtem mond a központi (angliai) és a belga telefonszámra is. Ezekre válasz nem érkezett. Ez döbbenetes.

+ Right on time with a well behaved driver

+ The driver never showed up nor attempted to contact me. The lady from the customer service (I called the UK number I had) was very helpful, thanks to her I easily found the meeting point (TUI travel agency), because there was nobody at the arrivals door. She was very polite and tried to call the driver but to no avail, he did not answer or return her calls. I did not have drivers contact details so I was unable to do so myself.
- My flight to Charleroi arrived at 23:20 instead of 22:45. I waited for the driver until after midnight to no avail. There was no alternative shared taxis available (and the ones I found on the internet had a policy of not accepting any last minute offers) and calling a normal taxi would reportedly cost around 150 EUR so I was forced to book a hotel by the airport in order to proceed to Brussels in the early morning, after transport could be arranged. That included waste of time looking for other connections with Brussels and walking 20 minutes with a bag at night under heavy rain (i.e. last 19 of which soaking wet). Driver lacked responsibility to warn me that he was not going to make it despite my mobile number and email address clearly stated with my order. I paid for the hotel due to their disrespect but Fox transfer couldn't care less...

+ Muy buenas experiencias, tanto en el traslado de Zaventem a Bruselas como de Bruselas a Charleroi. Los conductores encantadores y muy agradables, hablaban muy bien español. Totalmente recomendable!!!

- No trajeron la silla de la niña de 11 meses, y estaba perfectamente detallada en la reserva. El conducto de la subcontrata nos indicó que a él no le detallaron la misma. El conductor llamó a un compañero y en 30 minutos nos trajeron la silla. Menos mal que solicitamos el servicio con bastante tiempo de antelación.

However, everything went so smoothly, the driver was waiting for me as soon as I left the terminal and the ride home was fantastic. Really impressed, I am recommending to all my friends.

- The driver was a bit late due to problems with the vehicle. While it was not a problem as he called me to let me know shortly after the agreed pick-up time, as there was no phone number given for Belgium on the booking confirmation, I had difficulties contacting you myself to find out why he is not there yet.

+ Non sono in grado di dirlo, in quanto non ci è stata data la possibilità di utilizzarli.
- Purtroppo al nostro arrivo, circa 3/4 d'ora di ritardo, nessuno era ad aspettarci, nessuno ci ha contattato, nessuno ha risposto alle nostre telefonate ai numeri di assistenza da voi elencato. Ci siamo arrangiati in altro modo per raggiungere Bruxelles. abbiamo continuato a telefonare, e solo dopo due giorni, un operatore che parlava solo inglese, ci ha consigliato di scrivere una mail per riferire l'accaduto.

+ La puntualità e l'efficienza del servizio di trasferimento. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che ci fosse la possibilità di traferimento anche dall'albergo ad altre destinazioni, vedi "Brugge". Perchè, pur essendo un piccolo gruppo, abbiamo avuto problemi di posto a sedere al ritorno in treno da Brugge a Bruxelles, cosa molto importante per persone un pò anziane che non possono viaggiare per un'ora circa, sempre in piedi, senza possibilità di appoggi e ammassati. Naturalmente è una carenza delle ferrovie, ma qualche altro potrebbe trarre guadagno da tale deficienza. Scusate, era uno sfogo contro le ferrovie Belghe. Grazie di tutto. Vi farò una buona pubblicità.

- Forse al ritorno all'aeroporto Charleroi potevamo essere lasciati vicino alle porte di ingresso per le partenze visto che siamo stati lasciati un po' lontani da queste. Comunque è da tenere in considerazione che non avevamo bagagli voluminosi altrimenti sarebbe stato più problematico.

- Driver was a little late (20 minutes), wagon a little bit dirty with a STRONG smell of gasoline. We had asked baby seats but he did not have it: the opposite of good service we had with booking 82216 from Bari to Taranto: new wagon, driver nice and punctual.

+ Ho scelto per caso di viaggiare con voi,tramite prenotazione internet,e mi sono trovato molto bene,sia per la puntualità con la quale l'autista è venuto a prenderci all'aeroporto di Charleroi con destinazione Bruges, e poi il prezzo che è comunque buono.Da consigliare.
