+ Dopo l'esperienza dell'andata( aeroporto danzica/ hotel) dove l'autista no si era presentato in aeroporto, devo dire che la puntualità e la precisione , la pulizia dell'auto mi ha molto confortato. Quindi tutto ok, ben fatto.

- When number of passengers is in the booking, a phone one hour prior to pickuptime with the question of how many passengers at 03:00 in the night should not be needed! Also I think that loading luggage should be drivers duty, not us! The driver knows best how to get the most of the luggage room! I had two transfers with you the latest days, and my evaluation is regarding return from Gdansk 20/7 My pickup at GDN 17/7 was perfect AS usual!

- Arrivato in aeroporto non c'era l'autista con la macchina ad aspettare, ho dovuto chiamare il servizio , che non parlava l'italiano. Alla fine ho dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altre persone che parlavano italiano e inglese. Poi mi hanno mandato un'altro autista con un'altra macchina per andare in hotel . Spero che in futuro non succeda mai più, perché se una persona prenota una macchina con autista e ci dovrebbero essere dei problemi lo stesso dovrebbe comunicare alla ditta i problemi e la ditta dovrebbe garantire sempre la presenza di una macchina in aeroporto all'orario stabilito.

- Kreditkartenzahlung zunächst nicht möglich da kein geeignetes Gerät vorhanden war. SOllte eigentlich kein Problem sein so etwas im Auto zu haben! Des Weiteren musste Quittung auch nachträglich geholt werden! Beides Dinge die eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollten!

- Terminal for paying with creditcard not available at the time of the transfer, receipt to confirm the received fare was not available as well! How shall I proove that I used this transfer in front of my employer? A receipt is mandatory especially when expecting that the customer is paying cash!!
